25 Nov 2015
We are delighted to announce that SOS Africa Co-founder and Director Matt Crowcombe has been nominated for the Pride of Somerset Charity Champion Award.
Each year the Charity Champion Award is presented to an inspirational individual from the region who has consistently contributed to the charity sector. There are 10 different awards sponsored by local businesses from the region, with 3 individuals nominated in each category.
In response to his nomination Matt said: “I am very flattered to have been nominated for the award on behalf of all of SOS Africa’s wonderful fundraisers and volunteers throughout Somerset and look forward to meeting the other nominees and hearing their stories at the ceremony!”
The awards ceremony will take place on December 3rd at the Rookery Manor, near Weston Super Mare and is dedicated to recognising Somerset’s unsung heroes. For information visit: http://www.digital-thisis.co.uk/somerset/pride
