On Friday, March 22, students from North Branch Area Middle School (NBAMS), Minnesota, USA, hosted a "Day Without Shoes." To make things even more exciting, an anonymous donor came forward and agreed to match what the students raised. The community donor ended up contributing a $600 to support NBAMS's fundraiser!! In all, a grand total of $1194.50, enough money to buy over 100 pairs of shoes!!!

SOS Africa co-founder Matt Crowcombe said: "We would like to thank Roberta Backus, all of the students involved and the anonomous donor for improving the lives of a significant number of very deserving children!"
